renting your villa
Whilst owners of villas at The Palms are entirely free to make their own private arrangements for rental income, Jolly Villas can provide a regular source of rental return during the weeks their villa is vacant. Our minimum expectation is to obtain 20 weeks bookings each year, but with Antigua becoming evermore a year-round holiday destination this could realistically be exceeded.

The illustration below shows the expected income based on 20 weeks bookings for a 4-bedroom villa. The Annual Costs include the Community and Property Management charges. The Weekly Rental Costs for utilities and maid and laundry service is about US$200. The greeting of guests, airport pick-up and drop-off, and the Welcome Pack are included in the Rental Commission at 20% of the rental value.
