It is these considerations of income and expenditure that make The Palms such a superb investment. Managing and controlling property running costs is easier and more cost effective when owners are grouped together, and the cost of marketing several similar properties is virtually the same as for one.
It is this principle of shared cost that enables us to build the villas at such affordable prices. Furthermore, we have none of the high overheads or required profit levels that would be expected when purchasing from an international property development company, nor the fees paid to marketing or PR representatives.

When one of our homes is purchased prior to construction, stamp duty and licence fees of approximately 7.5% are payable on the value of the plot alone.
